Dr. A. Jay Burns is an assistant professor of plastic surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and has his private practice in Dallas. He is board certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Burns has chaired many laser conferences and is a noted national and inter national speaker and authority on lasers and cosmetic surgery, and vascular anomalies and birthmarks. He is founder and director of the Vascular Anomalies and Birthmark Clinic at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. Dr. Burns has been a member of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery since 1992. He has served the society in many positions, highlighted by his presidency in 2006-2007. Rod J. Rohrich, M.D.
Dr. Rod J. Rohrich is an internationally known, highly respected and skilled plastic and cosmetic surgeon from Dallas, Texas. Richard Y. Ha, M.D.
Dr. Richard Ha is past-president of the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. John Burns, M.D.
Dr. John L. Burns Jr. MD is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and President of the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute, one of the largest plastic surgery group practices in the United States. Dr. Burns dedicates his practice to aesthetic plastic surgery. Dr. Burns graduated summa cum laude from the Research Honors Program at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB). Dr. Burns then completed his plastic surgery training in the integrated program at UTMB and became the first plastic surgeon in the United States to complete a fellowship in laser surgery at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSWMC). H. Steve Byrd, M.D.
Dr. Steve Byrd has been practicing in Dallas as a plastic surgeon since completing his residency in 1978. He is board certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He entered private practice at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas and was appointed vice-chairman to the Division of Plastic Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center following his residency.

Jason Potter, M.D., D.D.S.
Dr. Jason Potter is a double board certified plastic surgeon serving the greater Dallas area with cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery options. Dr. Potter obtained his medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, and subsequently earned his dental degree at the University of Washington School of Dentistry in Seattle.
