Injectable Center of Excellence

Are you tired of seeing fine lines, wrinkles, thin lips, hollow cheeks, or sagging skin when you look in the mirror? Have you finally decided it’s time to do something about it? Your first step is to choose the most qualified and experienced licensed medical injector possible. This is the most important decision you will make regarding your outcome.

At EpiCentre’s Injectable Center of Excellence our expert injectors are not only nationally renowned for their teaching and exceptional results but have also spent considerable effort to correct the results of less qualified injectors, often helping to avoid potential medical and aesthetic disasters. You may have questions or are unsure which treatment will be best suited for you, but it is important for you to understand that not all injectables, or injectors are equal-and that it matters.

Our Injectable Treatments are Only Performed by a Physician Assistant and Registered Nurses

At EpiCentre’s Injectable Center of Excellence, your treatment will be performed by one of our Nurse Practitioner or Registered Nurse Injectors who specialize in non-surgical facial aesthetics. Our injectors have years of training and have the skills, knowledge, and medical experience necessary to provide a safe and pleasant experience, with exceptional and natural results.

One of the key elements necessary for the injector administering your treatment is a deep understanding of human facial anatomy and muscular structure. The muscles of the face are extremely intricate, each performing a specific function in your expressions, and must be injected with flawless technique and precision. All injectable treatments performed at our office are done so with meticulous care, with products being injected in the right quantity and in the right areas allowing you to achieve the most natural and beautiful looking results. Without this comprehensive understanding of facial anatomy, injections can leave you with a drooping eye, an overfilled look, or asymmetry.

Filler Corrections & Reversal

Many patients come to EpiCentre’s Injectable Center of Excellence seeking help to correct fillers injected at other offices. When dermal fillers are incorrectly administered lumpy, asymmetrical, and/or overfilled areas are a common result, and can ruin the results you were hoping for. Making adjustments to misplaced fillers requires expertise in facial analysis, and knowledge of facial anatomy. Thankfully with our expert help these issues can be easily resolved. Possible treatments include strategic injection of additional filler to balance the area, or precisely injecting hyaluronidase, which is used to dissolve hyaluronic acid fillers that have been placed incorrectly, unevenly or in excess.

Advanced Education

Our injectors are constantly traveling throughout the country to lectures and hands-on workshops to stay up to date with the ever-changing industry. These meetings discuss the latest safety measures and injectable techniques taught by world-renowned physicians and industry icons, allowing our injectors to continuously develop their art in non-invasive facial aesthetics.

Meet the Team

Carolyn Craft, RN, Master Injector

Carolyn Craft, Director of EpiCentre’s Injectable Center of Excellence, is a registered nurse of 25 years which includes 18 years of aesthetic injection experience. Her focused attention to detail lends itself to the artistry of fillers and neuromodulators while providing natural, subtle correction to attain and maintain a more youthful appearance for the clientele. She warmly and patiently educates clients on their procedures emphasizing safety and comfort. She was one of the earliest enthusiasts for blunt tip cannula use in the Dallas area and has been using them on her clients since 2012. During her 16 year career as a clinical nurse injector specializing in facial aesthetics, 7 of those years were dedicated to the education of aesthetic techniques via Allergan’s Physician Extender Program. During those years she not only maintained a vigorous practice of her own but provided instruction to physicians and nurses, within the field of aesthetics, to better understand the products and procedures available to them and their clients. She resigned from that position in 2015 when faced the personal challenge of breast cancer. Happily, she is making a complete recovery from her cancer. She credits her clients and colleagues for helping to get through those trying times by allowing her to continue their care. “It’s funny, now more than ever, I realize the importance of how loving the way you look can affect your mood on the most basic level. When going through chemo; losing my eyelashes, eyebrows, and every hair on my head as well as turning a funny color of green, I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror anymore. It was difficult. Very difficult. I’ve gained a new appreciation for loving the reflection in the mirror. When you feel pretty, you stand a little taller, smile a little easier and people notice. They smile back. It’s a wonderfully positive experience.” “Every woman (and man) deserves to wake up, roll out of bed, and be greeted in the mirror by a reflection of a happy, healthy, rested version of themself. That’s what I strive to do. Everyone will notice but no one will know. It’s your secret to share…The way it should be.”
