We are thrilled to introduce our new virtual skincare consultation service, offering you the convenience of expert skincare advice from the comfort of your home. To initiate a skincare consultation with one of our Certified ZO Experts, please complete the form located at the bottom of this page. After we receive your submission, we will invoice you a $150 consultation fee, which will be credited toward the purchase of your products. Once payment is confirmed, a Certified ZO Expert will start creating your customized ZO regimen.
As a thank you for shopping with EpiCentre, you will receive a 20% discount off our website pricing for all orders. A basic/core regimen typically starts at around $400 before discounts. To ensure we can provide the best possible care for your skin, we recommend waiting to schedule a consultation until you can invest in at least a core regimen. More advanced treatments with active products will have a higher cost. We believe our EpiCentre patient discount and our results-driven approach will make your investment worthwhile.
After finalizing your personalized regimen and selecting your products, you will receive a discount code for 20% off to use on epicentreskincare.com. Your products will be shipped via UPS. Shipping costs may vary. Instructions for your regimen will be sent via text from our patient text line, which you will have access to for any future questions or concerns. We will regularly check in on your progress and suggest additions or adjustments to your regimen as needed. To maintain access to this ongoing support, all future ZO purchases must be made through EpiCentre.
Additionally, you will earn a $100 referral credit for each person you refer to EpiCentre who completes a virtual consultation with us.
